This 2-day, in-person workshop is based on the PMBOK Guide (6th Edition), which blends theoretical frameworks with practical, real-world applications to address the unique demands of rapid timelines, custom machine design, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the PMBOK knowledge areas, coupled with actionable strategies to apply these principles in day-to-day project management.

By emphasizing trust-building, effective communication, and customer service, this course equips technical project managers, OEMs and component supplier engineers, to lead projects successfully while maintaining strong customer and internal relationships. Interactive activities, case studies, and tools ensure participants leave with the skills and confidence to manage projects efficiently and effectively.

  • Apply PMBOK Principles: Understand and implement the fundamental knowledge areas and processes outlined in the PMBOK Guide (6th Edition) in a practical, real-world context.
  • Plan and Execute Projects Effectively: Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Overcome Common Challenges: Address rapid timelines, custom machine design complexities, and interdepartmental collaboration effectively.
