This two-day in-person course was designed to empower and inspire women leaders in the packaging and processing industry, helping them to take their leadership skills to the next level.
This interactive learning environment enables participants to develop strategic leadership skills and networking strategies to lead more effectively, navigate career advancement in male-dominated industries, and build a robust professional network with other women leaders to support their growth.

- Building and leading high-performance teams.
- Key conversations for impactful leadership.
- Mastering requests, offers, and agreements.
- Small group exercises for collaborative growth.

- Culture Talk assessment and review of cultural themes.
- Curated resources for reinforced learning.
- Self-development planning.
- Resources for ongoing support.
- 3-month post-course follow-up.

$2495 per individual

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration cancellation must be received 2 weeks in advance in order to reschedule without penalty or receive a refund on the registration fee, minus a $50 administration fee. Refunds will not be granted to NO-SHOWS or those cancelling/rescheduling within 2 weeks of the class. To cancel, email pmmiu.org.
