Newly re-designed to better meet industry needs and incorporate the latest in leadership development, this 6-month program will elevate the capacity and capability of future leaders of PMMI’s member companies to meet what’s ahead in an ever-increasingly complex industry. Emerging leaders will learn and put into practice strategies to leverage their strengths and develop additional skills to prepare them for greater effectiveness and expanded roles. Cultivating deeper self-awareness, learners will expand their capacity to more effectively collaborate with and lead others, make a positive contribution to their team, and be more effective in getting results for your organization.

Who Should Attend:
Managers and future leaders at PMMI Member companies.
- Cancellation or rescheduling of in-person classes must be made by email to pmmiu.org (with confirmation receipt from PMMI).
- Cancellation or rescheduling of in-person classes more than 14 days prior to the start date: No cancellation/rescheduling fee. Refunds available in the event of cancellation.
- Cancellation or rescheduling of in-person classes 14 days or less prior to the start date: A 10% rescheduling fee will be imposed. No refunds offered for cancellations.
- No refunds offered for online courses.
